    Evening all

Usual PO trips, shopping, dog walking etc.

The family that are interested in the do want to go ahead and their house will be on the matrket next week. We have said we want it all done in 3 months but realistically we know it could be longer. I just hope this one goes ahead ok.

As above I was in full throwing things and muttering earlier. We usually have dinner about 6.30 because Mr LH woke up at 6 asked if could wait a few minutes and went back to sleep until almost 7pm. Luckily i was something something fairly quick.

I knocked one of our fans of a work top today and it broke beyond repair so I must get another one soon.

Plants watered and thats my day.

    Have a good evening.

I had an email from the EA. They are starting to market the buyers  house from tomorrow before the photographs are done by ringing round people who are already on their books. I am keeping all my fingers and toes crossed.

I dont know if I said but our neighbours have got a border Collie puppy. The trouble is they are both working albeit one of them does shifts but we can hear the pup crying when he is left alone. I feel so sorry for him. I know it has be done but I think they are trying to rush it even with the facilty to talk to him remotely.

A busy morning cleaning the kitchen and I have finally dusted the lounge. I hoovered yesterday.

Some long awaited admin done and I rang the company doing the garage door next week to find out how I pay them as they had nothing on any of the emails they had sent. I will pay that in the morning.

Mr LH has finally started to clear the garage which has to be done before the new door is fitted next week. At the moment we can only lift the door about 3foot so getting everything out is hard work for him. The good news is we have loaded the old conservatory blinds which have been in there since we had the new conservatory into the car ready to take to the tip and in the next few days I will ring the company that has been reccommended to get  quote for new ones which will hopefully help to cool the conservatory in the summer and make it a little warmer in the winter.

An opticians appointment made for Monday. I will have to try and book a taxi as it is at 9.10 and as it takes about half an hour to get into town due to the stupid bus route and it is a bit of a walk I would have to leave home about 8.15 as the following bus would get me  there too late. I say try because getting a taxi at school times is not easy.

A long chat to dd and friends called in for coffee so a sociable day.

BEars evening walk soon so I will say have a good evening.

Today has not not to plan at all. I was up and down the bathroom for much of the night with what I suspected was a UTI. First thing went to the pharmacy tas I found on the internet that they can prescibe anti biotics for UTIs. Yes they can but not if you are over 65 so had to ring the GP. They wanted a sample so had to go there and sort that. By that time I was shattered and most of the morning had gone. At just gone 6 they rang to say they had sent a prescription to the pharmacy who shuts at 530pm. Another trip tomorrow morning to collect it which will no doubt take ages as they wont have had time to do even assuming it has reached them. It wouldnt be the first time the pharmacy hasnt got a promised 'script.I am now "looking forward to another wakeful night.

On a brighter side we had a trip to the tip to get rid of the old blinds which were taken to the relevant skip by a very helpful man who works there. There was some other stuff so we took that as well.

The garage door has been paid for so that should be ok for Tuesd

Garden has been watered which I think pleased the plants and thats it.

    Have a good evening.

Sorry SA You have far more to deal with than me and in many ways I have a lot of free time if only I could use it. But tiredness and breathl;essness means I cant do much at once.

Unfortunately I need Mr LH to take me to the farm shop and I can get to the PO under my own steam fairly easily althought it is annoying that my PO near the sm has shut.

Thanks everyone else . Unfortunately because MR LH has quite severe depression (and wont do anything about it  as he hated being on tablets and when he had talking therapy he described it as have a nice chat once a week but it did nothing for him). The depression is under control most of the time but the stress of the last year has really knocked him for six.

the chances os him going into a shop without me is very unlikely and if  have to with him I might just as well do things myself at a time thats good for me rather than wait for him.

Helping in the house is one of those things he says he will do but not at a time it needs to be done but only when it suits him. To give an example he brought some tools home when we cleared my bil's house. They are still in a box in the lounge despite me asking him to move them several times. The excuse being he is waiting until the garage door is done. I am not holding my breath.

He claims he doesnt know how to list on ebay. My answer neither did I to start with.

Hi I think we have similar issues.  My husband has physical problems but living in constant pain does affect his MH.  He is also stubborn about painkillers as he is on morphine and doesn't like how it makes him feel so often takes it later than he should.  It is easier for me to just get on and do things myself.

My husband is a hoarder so I envy your trips to the tip, I wish we could shift some of his junk.  He has multiple tools as he can never find anything as there is so much stuff so the horde just keeps getting bigger.

    It's a fun life!
