I’m glad the little 🤬 were caught on camera. It will be a good day indeed when the house is off your hands.

How lovely that the neighbour remembered the anniversary and left the flowers.

His neighbours are very special people and I cannot thank them enough for all their help and kindness to both my bil and us.

I forgot to say that the land agent emailed me to say the water company have okayed the plans for the land and they are just waiting for it in writing. Then all being well he will visit us for the final signature along with the other land owners who live all over the country before completion on the lad. Then just the house to sort out.

What a lovely thing for your neighbour to do.
Much more meaningful than some young lads showing off to their mates. Hopefully they'll learn the error of their ways.
Great news about the land, you're getting there slowly but surely.
Make sure to have something extra nice for yourself over this long weekend to mark your BiL and Sister anniversary and to have a moment of reward and reprieve for all the gruelling things you've been having to go through

That was a lovely thing of your sister and brother in law's neighbour.
I agree with PIP that you deserve a treat over Easter.

That's lovely of the neighbour, and fingers crossed the land saga is nearly at an end!

    Evening all

Thank you all for your comments. Yes it was a lovely thing for them to do.

My big decision for the the weekend is I am going attempt to go into town tomorrow. Unfortunately the bus stop is some distance away and I am not sure how far I will be able to get up the high street but I will see. I havent been there since way before Christmas and I have a book token to spend so looking forward to that if I can get there. I will get a taxi home.

The weather has been wet and windy today so Mr LH took Bear on his own and said he behaved very well. I hoovered right through the house while they were out.

8p carrots are now in the freezer. They will keep me going for a while. Mr LH doesnt like them.

I am now reading a Michael Conolly book but with Maddie Bosch not Harry. I havent got far so not sure yet how I will get on with it.

It has been a very lazy day otherwise.

    Have a good evening.

I think you’re long overdue a lazy day. Is the town too far to go on your scooter? Enjoy spending the book voucher however you get there.

Hope you enjoy your venture into town.

I haven't read any of the more recent Michael Connelly books. We watched the final Bosch episode yesterday, and I see they are now going to be doing Ballard ones in the future.  It won't be the same without Bosch.
