12 viewings seems promising & at least means the estate agent isn't leaving it to chance. In my kitchen I have a radiator similar to BnQs Ximax Triton semi circle which only takes a foot of wall space. When I get round to redoing my living room I am thinking of replacing the under the window rad with a similar one. If nothing else it will mean I can then use useful curtains.2

If nothing comes of this it willl be on the estate agents web site as normal. There is literally no spare wall except behind the door to the hall. If Mr LH would let me get rid of some stuff which I would welcome it would possible but I know he wont. I am hoping that when we are able to start some work of the house I may be able to convince him that we dont need everything.

Evening allWent to the sm for some bits which I couldnt carry on Wednesday and the PO. Would you believe it the PO was shut. Their shutter had jammed shut and they were waiting for a locksmith so came home and put the shopping in the garage so I didnt disturb Bear and wnt to the next nearest. First time I had taken the svooter there and wished I hadnt. The pavemnets are like a switchback, very few dropped kerbs and mainly in the wrong place, a couple of workman who looked at me and rapidly disappeared so I didnt ask them to move their barrier on the pavemnt so I had to go on the road. Illegal with my pavemnt scooter but no choice without a long detour. By that time I was very cold s the temperature here has dropped like a stone.I looked out of the window and can see lights in the sky from the carnival karts and we are approx 4 miles away from the route. Strangely I couldnt hear the music which is unusual but I will take Bear out soon and may hear it then as they go round. Our weekly friend dropped in for coffee. She comes most weeks as she says it is a very calm house and she does a lot for other people despite her own health being poor.I weighed myself this morning for the first time in a long while and was pretty disgusted with myself as I have put the weight I lost earlier in the year back on so have started again. I had a feeling things arent good as my breathing is suffering. I have kept up with overnight oats and fruit for breakfast and had scrambled egg and b& b for lunch and a pork chop with peas, sweet potato and broccoli for dinner plus a banana and some grapes.Have a good evening.5

You've had a lot to deal with so don't beat yourself up. We can only do what we can! Good luck with it."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1

thank you both but I know my weight is affecting my joints and I am getting a lot of back ache so need to lose some. I know it will make me feel better but it is not easy to do.

Evening allNot a productive day on the whole. A little bit of listing from the photos I took the other day. Usual tidying after Mr LHs midnight cookery session. The viewing went well apparently and a couple of people want to come back next week when they will have more time to look round. I am seeing that as a positive but obviously I wont know if there is serious interest until next Friday when any interest is submitted to the estate agent.1 load of washing done and hung up in the bedroom with the window slightly open to prevent condensation. Bed changed and I will wash the sheets tomorrow which gives some time for todays washing to dry if not I will put some of the clothes onto hanger and hang them on the wardrobes.Meals today have been exactly the same as yesterday because I put a pack of 4 pork chops in the freezer and couldnt separate them. Mr LH is always happy to have pork chops so he didnt mind.Thats it for today have a good evening.

Managed to get yesterdays washing away except for a couple of items so room for the sheets which are now washed and on the rack.I have managed to get rid of another box that was on my dressing table so only one left there now. If it carries on my bedroom will purely be a bedroom once more. Some chard cut to add to the spinach for Mr LH and some to go in the freezer. My lawn has been cut and looks good for the winter. I hope that is the last one for the year. I just have to catch my neighbour that does it to pay him. I may see him tomorrow.Only one item sold today which is a bit disappointing but its something else gone. I am going to try making up mixed lots on some of the related things that havent sold. It will be a bit of a fiddle but worth a try.I have started to do some exercises from the versus arthritis web site. I am expecting some aching muscles but they are specifically for the bits that really cause me problems so hope they will help.Roast Chicken dinner cooked and cleared away. I dont like roast potatoes so not having them is no problem to me.Going to watch Wolf Hall when I finish this as I havent seen the first series I will start with that.Have a good evening..6
