12 viewings seems promising & at least means the estate agent isn't leaving it to chance.
In my kitchen I have a radiator similar to BnQs Ximax Triton semi circle which only takes a foot of wall space. When I get round to redoing my living room I am thinking of replacing the under the window rad with a similar one.  If nothing else it will mean I can then use useful curtains.

This is a viewing day and anyone interested can submit a bid during the next week which will then be sent to me if there are any. If nothing comes of this it willl be on the estate agents web site as normal.

There is literally no spare wall except behind the door to the hall. If Mr LH would let me get rid of some stuff which I would welcome it would  possible but I know he wont. I am hoping that when we are able to start some work of the house I may be able to convince him that we dont need everything.

Weight wise you have had a lot on your plate. There will be plenty of time to get back on track.

You've had a lot to deal with so don't beat yourself up.  We can only do what we can!  Good luck with it.
