That does sound odd about the eBay sale. At least you should be able to get a better price for it now. I wonder how it happened?

Our dog is generally very sociable but sometimes she likes to sleep on her own on the dining room sofa when we’re in the living room. It is super cosy there though with furry throws and fairy lights.

Have you tried sitting on a hot water bottle for your sciatica.  I find this damp weather does not help.

Now officially fed up. Went to the post office with 3 parcels, one weighing over 3kg to find they are closed again so no hotwater bottle bought as I was on the scooter and I couldnt get anything else on it. Then despite the weather forecast saying dry it started to rain so couldnt risk the longish trip to the next one. More emails sent to head office and I will have to use the alternative tomorrow either on the bus or the scooter depending on the weather. More later.

Could the parcels be sent via Evri? That’s what I did when I sold a few bits on eBay. I just dropped them off at a local shop and printed off the labels there.

Thank you for the suggestion SA but our nearest  shop for evri is the post office that is shut. Fortunately I have got until Monday to post them so not too much problem except I couldnt get the hot water bottle and a Birthday present for a friend but can get them on the village High street tomorrow. Just annoyed because the issue has been going on for about 6 weeks now and whatever connection they put in fails within days. Not the post offices fault but BT who dont seem to know what they are doing.

    Evening all

Well this morning didnt go as planned as already said. This was not helped by mr LH getting up at 8.15 moaning he had hadnt slept well and taking over the computer while I was trying to label a couple of parcels. Then just a I was going out he wanted breakfast so did that then off to the PO for a wasted hour or so. The good news is I have had an email to say the PO was up and running with a new fibre connection. I will go there tomorrow as its more convenient and hope all is well but will be prepared to go to the alternative if need be. I now have 6 parcels to post and bids on 6 itemds which are due to finish on Sunday so it has been a good week.

The boxes in my bedroom are gradually going down and hopefully one day it will be empty other than the things that are supposed to be in there. The 6 boxes of books in the conservatory is down to 3 so I am getting there slowly.

I have been on my hands and kness getting dog hair off the carpet in the lounge and conservatory. Mainly so the vacuum cleaner didnt wake Mr LH. I didnt want to hear more moans about a bad night. He did go back to bed about about 10.30 and I was quite surprised he didnt go again after Bears walk. He is now asleep in his chair and will wake around 9pm. Its not surprising he is up until 3 or 4 in the morning,

I managed to spill about half a bowl of sugar so spent ages cleaning that up and washing the floor. It still seems a bit sticky so will be washed again in the morning hopefully before I go out.

Some dusting done and will fifnish that tomorrow.

Off now to read my spy novel book. It is quite good but I am finding it very complicated. Only about quarter of the way through so hopefully it will maake more sense soon.

    Have a good evening

    I agree with Beanie.

You've done so well with the sales too!
