I set my dispatch time to 5 days, it doesn't seem to affect sales. I did it in covid when all the post was skew whiffy and haven't ever changed it back. Most gets posted the next day, but it helps people be more patient and allows for emergencies."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I would change it if I could find out how to do it. I have searched several times but it seems to be well hidden or maybe I am looking in the wrong place.jwil said:I set my dispatch time to 5 days, it doesn't seem to affect sales. I hate how they keep changing it - even our different accounts don't look the same!ladyholly said:

If you go to an active listing, then click edit, on the revise listing page, right down at the bottom under postage is a section called 'preferences' and then 'your settings'. That's where it is for me, and I can click on the little pencil shape to edit it. It seems to be the same if you are creating a new listing."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". jwil Many thanks for that. I have managed to change one item but I dont know if that will applyh to all or whether each one has to be changed manually. I will see next time I turn the computer on. It will only give me a maximum of 3 days but even that will help.Evening allThiis will be a short one as I am being nagged by Bear for his walk. Most of the dripping washing is now dry and I have put the dry stuff away. A couple of parcels have been posted and a bag of books dropped off at the charity shop. I have received the inheritance tax form from the solicitor and printed out all 44 pages of it. I will go through it tomorrow and add the bits I need to. Why couldnt they number the pages 1 - 44 instead of starting each section back at 1. It made it very complicated to sort it all out and check I had it all. At least something seems to be happening at last. Of course now he is on holiday for two weeks which is a pain but I suppose it is that time of year. In the middle of the printing marathon the ink ran out so had to reprint some of the pages having found the instructions on how to do it. It is the first time with the new printer. Nothing is ever simple. Not much done the rest of the day as it is very warm again. I must be the only person looking forward to winter. Anyway off to walk Bear or should that be pulled by Bear. Sometimes he walks perfectly but it isnt consistent yet but we are making some progress I think.

Evening allI find about 18 or less suits me best especially if its cloudy as well.A busy morning before Mr LH got home. Hoovering throughout the house, ironing Forunately not much), packing some parcels for tomorrow, dog walking and general tidying especially in my bedroom where all the ebay stuff is stored. He seems to have had a good time and is now asleep in his chair. No money spent except booking the enclosed field for Bear tomorrow.I listed something on facebook and in theory someone is collecting it towmorrow. I will not hold my breath until they come and collect and pay. I do find that people dont always turn up so we will see.I think thats my day so have a good evening.4
