Aghhh I have just lost a message. to summarise I am feeling a bit better although Mr LH is quite poorly. Iam actually able to do a little bit and have my first breakfast for several days. THe only money spent has been on cough medicine, honey lemons etc but I know those have cost a small fortune. I will sort it out next week .Off now to clear the kitchen and give it a clean as nothing done this week other than washing up and spill wiping.3

I don't think I have ever had a cold like this and certainly don't want to repeat the experience. My sympathy to anyone else with it.2

Feeling ok today although still coughing a lot and somewhat sn***. However Mr LH has spent most of the day in bed. I went shoppingg this morning and have actually made a start on shopping for Christmas. My usual shoppingg day tomorrow but I think it will be left until Wednesday to see how Mr LH is and then possibly get a taxi if he is still poorly. One good thing tea is tasting like tea agin as it had a very chemical flavour while I waas feelin rough.Manged to clean the remaining kitchen cupboards but having done that and the shopping I was done for. Dusting and hoovering done yesterday.I hadnt booked the field for Bear today as it has been so muddy and he didnt seem to like it much. As it happens it has been good job as neither of us are fit to go and it has poured with rain almost all day. We had a very wet lunchtime walk when he was on his best behaviour and when we got home he spent most of the afternoon on the sofa with me.I still need to work out how much of the shopping was Christams and how much was normal shopping so I can transfer the money.Anyway I am off to watch the rest of Secrets of the supermaket and then take Bear for his walk.4

A gloomy day mostly spent running round after Mr LH and his cold. I have done all Bears walks for the last couple of days and the way he is I dont see that changing in the next couple at least. He has - Bear that is- been quite good and managed to stop him barking at a motoor bike and a postman. Progress I hope. I have recently changed his calming tablets to the company that advertises keeping dogs active. It does appear to be working quite well but Bear has a habit of doing well for a few days and then reverting to being difficult to handle.Beds changed today a bit late but I couldnt face it any sooner. Fridge cleaned out and the last load of washing done.Bank rung this evening to stop a payment from some conduit that MrLH bought last weekend to run a cable from the new router to the computer, He did it as click and collect but when he got to the shop they made him pay again as they said the payment hadnt gone through and was pending. Rang the shop and they cancelled the payment but it was still showing on our account. Anyway hopefully is is sorted. No money spent but money shifted in the bank. The big shift wil be on Thursday when my pension comes.I have told Mr LH i am shopping in the morning as I cant see him being fit but still debating which sm to use. The taxi fare will be cheaper from one but there are a couple of items I would like from the other. Decisions, decisions. There seems to be a lack of surveys this week but often get thrown out due to my age but I will keep plodding. I think thats all for my exciting day.5
