Glad you've had a visit at last.

I agree with the others, is there an alternative pharmacy you can use?  I can get my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of my choice.

Good to hear the police are taking it seriously. I hope things calm down soon.

Mr SA has his meds delivered by a local independent pharmacy after he briefly left to join Lloyds pharmacy delivery. They phoned and offered to match the service if he came back to them. What is it about chemists where they all seem to have painfully slow counter service 😞

Thank you everyone. We did have a Lloyd's next to Sainsbury but it has recently changed hands and I am not sure what they are like now. I used to find them quite useless as they never had what I wanted and the last time I went in the staff were so busy chatting about their private lives they couldn't be bothered to serve me so I left. I am waiting for the results from the gp and if my breathing problem is something serious I will talk to them again.

Foxgloves dont tempt me re going on strike. I dont think it would work though. Whenever I have been away for any reason I have come back to a pile of washing up and nothing else done. Unfortunately Mr LH just doesnt see anything he doesnt want to. His answer is why dont you ask but I ask one day and the job gets done a week later if I am lucky by which time I have done it. I have waited 3 weeks for a bulb to be changed. I havent done it as it is a spot that I would have difficulty reaching.

Prescription collected and I have treated myself to a new lap tray. I dont think anythink else ha been done other than cooking, washing up and walking Bear. I wish my get up and go would return.

@ladyholly - Gosh, he wouldn't last 5 mins at my house then. You must have the patience of a saint!

Oh I’m sorry to hear about the situation with the other dog walkers, not that their opinion counts 😡 The owner of the large dog needs to sort their own dog and themselves out I’m afraid. It’s disgraceful how they’re trying to pin the blame on you.

There used to be an elderly bloke on our local park who had a staffy who attacked every dog that came on the park while he just sat there ignoring everything. His dog went for my dog and almost knocked me over. When I confronted him he basically told me where to get off and tried to make out my dog was being aggressive to his 🤬 Thankfully I haven’t seen him or his out of control dog for some time. Some owners just won’t accept blame.

  • This situation sounds desperately unfair for you, Mr LH and Bear.  You have gone above and beyond to do the necessary with Bear and other dogs.  Sounds like it's the other dog owners who have the problems.  Thinking of you xx

Sorry to hear about the dog issues.  It's just not on at all.
