I think this sounds very confused
Wait until you get the order in the post as no one can give correct advice when its as mixed up as your posts.

Its a shame you never took me up on the offer i made to you. but oh well........

If it's the same car park & signs. how was one lost and one 'won' but with costs against her?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am sorry but you already have a CCJ if you didn't pay during December.

If Gran hasn't paid that first £10 it seems to me that she is also in default now, too.

Of course Gladstones didn't get back to you.  They (arguably) WANT you to get a CCJ, which they can then hand to their new bailiff arm and add further costs.

Nothing in it for them to make it easy for you to pay earlier, and avoid a CCJ.  You had to pay in full within 30 days for the one you lost.  You do have a CCJ now.  I am so sorry.

@bargepole is something of a costs expert in small claim cases and he might have something to say about that Order you showed us. Appalling by the Judge, in a case your gran WON and did not act unreasonably at any point.
