Hi,

My grandma have received a letter from county court.  Gladstone on behalf of Parallel parking are taking her to court for not paying for ticket whens he used their car park. My grandma is adamant she paid for it as she regularly uses that car park.

I had submitted the AOS. What can we use for her defence? she doesnt have the ticket as the incident is from 6 months ago and was paid via cash.

thanks

If you live in England you do not contest a court hearing in England.  You will be able to choose a court.

Then can I respectfully suggest that this query should've been on one of your existing threads.
Please don't start a new thread every time you think of a question.

    Now, on to your question...

Try putting your question - do i tick contest court jurisdiction - into google.

Alternatively, you  could follow the guidance offered in the dropbox file linked from the NEWBIES thread where it says...

PS. I received the pay and display machine data, they have redacted all the number plates so I cant see if my grandma has made a typo error and inserted wrong reg number.

    thanks

For context, please respond on the original thread about this PCN, or are you saying it's a brand new case?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
