Posted parcels, picked up prescriptions.. growled at the chemist. growled at the weather, growled at life in general.. plotted murder upon the dreadful woman at dance class who was whistling.. why do people even do that? it is incredibly antisocial.. she had no inside voice .. I'm pretty loud but I at least know when to practice a little decorum. She was behaving like she expected the director to leap forth from the wings and tell her she had the greatest talent he had ever heard and would she please headline their next 22 shows.. see.. I am just not pleasant today.. I shall go put myself in the bin...
I finished the first sleeve and started the second.. I will get this aran cardy finished.. and start the next 3.. I am thinking of knitting rainbow blankets for christmas this year.

Morning. Hope you're all ok and that you've woken in a more positive mood Piggers!
I have a day to myself today. I've only just got up, would like to walk the dogs but it's raining and windy so I'll just plod along and see how things go.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Morning all - the fence stayed up over night (woohoo!). Why is it that it takes a woman to actually figure out what to do to temporarily fix the fence until we get it fixed, although god's knows when that'll be as he's been putting off getting new fence panels since last year when the builders built a new fence, for us, at the end of the garden. If I'd had the money then I would've blooming bought the fences..
He spent two days faffing about banging nails and pieces of wood into a knackered fence, then I pop out with a couple of metal poles and wedge them in behind the fence in an X pattern and it stayed up overnight..and he wonders why I was crying to myself yesterday.. The garden us a mess due to Storm Eunice, it won't get cleared unless I do it myself as he's only got 3 days a week that he can do it. On top of that I've also got to sort/clear out the house with no help from him. I really can't see us selling this year - another flipping year held back from me moving to be near my family. Oh well!!
Anyway I am up early having the time to myself as I usually do in a Sunday morning. Sitting here with a cuppa, just about to put the beef joint into the slow cooker for tea tonight and then I'll catch up on a couple of letters 😀
Later today I need to go through the box of clothes, that I threw in there after literally pulling everything out of the wardrobe shelves yesterday, and decide what needs to be packed or sent to charity. I would eBay but I've never done it before..lol
Oh darn the cuppa gones cold better get another one..lol.Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Guests have left, lovely weekend seeing them.Bed stripped and bedding in wm. Spare room returned to its former self. WUDUPA a zillion times. Bleach sloshed, I really ought to clean the bathrooms…
Still very windy here. And wet.

Afternoon ladies
It is blowing a gale here as well, and pouring with rain. We are having a lazy day as we were out at a local community event last night which was great fun.
I have washed the childrens' school coats, another small load is in now and then I need to wash the doormat as it's filthy. HM lasagne for dinner today.
Kaz - what a worry, please keep us posted xx
