I have received the SAR from UK parking control, they said they are 4 parking charges notices against me 3 of which are in legal action and 1 in debt recovery. Do I wait until all 3 turn into "debt recovery" and court action like this one I am currently dealing with?0

Yes, you deal with this one first and it should make any future claim easier to defend, because they should have consolidated them all and filed just one claim.
Worry about the rest when you get a LBC.
Are you now up to speed on NOT getting private PCNs? They are easy to avoid as long as you read signs and if in doubt, leave.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Exactly they should have consolidated them all into 1. I will tackle them 1 by one and wait for the others to go to court and wait for the court letters to arrive

How have you managed to rack up 4 parking charges from UKPC?Are UKPC the same PPC you were involved with when you previously had 4 CCJs against your name? Are they still in place?
What finally happened in this case where you had a huge amount of support in dealing with a CCJ - is this linked to the above?

Hi Umkomaas,
That CCJ was from Excel parking, they removed it as I paid a settlement offer to consent.
This thread is a recent court letter received. This is from UKPControl which I had never dealt with in the past. It has not gone to the ccj stage yet but will do therefore working to take this to court,1 -

But we are wondering how you have got so many PCNs and do you know how to avoid them?
The regular posters here never get them because we avoid private car parks (unless shopping) read signs and generally look to park on street, especially in the evenings when most roads, even in large cities, are free of restriction.
If you want a pay & display car park seek out a Council one every time.
This is just us being concerned that you don't get any more. They are easy to avoid usually, if you are aware that private land is not where to choose to park, even if visiting someone on site.
Or were these where you lived?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes from 2018 I have avoided all private car parks, I only use my local supermarket and I walk to the supermarket. This way I will avoid them, Since 2018 I have not had any more. These tickets were 100 miles away from my home town, not where I lived.2 -
