  • My thread is still not separated:

My court letter and SAR from UKPC says the following:  Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space.

See the image, where the arrow is is where my car was parked. Now if this was not a bay space then why did it not have clear markings. I was parked straight as the photos on the SAR show and causing no obstruction.

You've already been given the relevant advice earlier in the thread - please read it.

And please stop replying here - you're just making the work the admin has to do more difficult.

The court claim tops wen one of 2 things happens

    1) the judge decides the outcome , in court

    2) the claimant discontinues the claim

You are complaining to the landowner and asking them to tell the claimant to drop it , so 2) applies

Thanks RexX, so the one that manages the site is not necessarily the land owner? I dont know how I could find the land owner but will keep sending emails to the site manager team and if they could forward it.

Correct , these relationships are complex , so by all means start with the managing agent , or landowner , or both if different , your choices don't need to be only one , complain to all and sundry if necessary , make a fuss , but never limit yourself to one entity , or one at a time ! The world is your oyster , seize the nettle with both hands !

Ps , Umkomaas regularly posts information about finding out the landowner , read his posts ( like I do ) , you learn more by reading numerous threads , especially when good advice is often repeated regularly ( Which I do )

  • As you can see from the image attached - second angle where the red lines are and Arrow is where I parked my car, opposite the signage board.

This ticket said Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay. No grace period was given, no markings on the wall or ground saying no parking or cross lines to indicate not a parking bay. No obstruction was caused.
