Now my focus is on putting together my defence.
Whilst it may be handy for you to have copies of their letters , it's not essential at this time !
They may reply in time , they may not , but you have a definite deadline which you must not miss , regardless of the SAR reply , or lack of it in time ( if you received an LBC a month or two ago , it should have been done then , but no crying over spilt milk now , it is what it is ,CSO work around it , read other Court claim threads , see what they wrote , I would ! )
I do not have any copies of letters,
Yes, I will read other court claim threads and put something together for the forum team to offer me feedback on getting it right.3 -
Do the SAR first, by email to the PPC, as explained in the NEWBIES thread but DON'T ask for a 30 day hold, as you are not at LBC stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had paid off a ccj in full to get it set aside 3 weeks ago january 2022 to DCBL and they sent the payment to excel parking.
I asked DCBL for a SAR and on the is the Parking ticket for the fine related to on this thread, the only difference is the letter was passed on to DCB Legal, so what they are doing is selling the debt to each other.
The claimant parking company retains ownership of the alleged debt , they sign a contract with the DVLA and the DVLA has banned these companies from selling on the data , or alleged debt , to anyone
Dcb ltd and dcb legal are sub contractors , debt collector side and legal side , hired to obtain the money and pass it on to the claimant , so those 2 companies usually add Extra charges for themselves and just pass it from one desk to another desk , or change hats ! 😁
So nobody has sold on the alleged debt , if Excel was the parking company , or CEL , or UKPC , they retain ownership , period !2 -

They can hire debt collectors , usually on a no win no fee basis , plus hire lawyers , they can hire cleaners for the toilet's , catering staff for the staff canteen , graphic designers for a new logo , hire vehicles for their workers , etc
The cleaners haven't bought the loos , the chef's haven't bought the restaurant , the drivers haven't bought the vehicles , etc 😁
Stick to the tasks in hand , it's easier that way , plus making false accusations could cost you thousands in court , we already saw one happen during this pandemic ( Norma )3 -

Just an update --- The MCOL Portal confirmed that I have successfully submitted my Acknowledgment of Service AOS form to the court.
I intend to defend all of this claim.1
