    Thanks Keith and Trainerman,

Yes I was expecting a copy of the claimants questionnaire. They sent me their completed form with the x marks on the different boxes with their address on it.

So what do I do with this completed form they sent to me?

Please explain exactly why you have asked that question.

Just twenty-three minutes ago I posted on your thread, but despite thanking me here you clearly didn't read it.

My post Today at 4:40PM included the words "Nothing of interest here. Just file it".

Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overidding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on 02034340433 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence".

Such an unprofessional letter from DCBL.

This is typical scare tactics. Do DCBL care about assisting the court ??
I doubt that nonsensical statement means anything .... DCBL do go to court with utter rubbish ...... err "assisting the court" ??

They recently assisted the court so much  which led to them having a major car crash which cost the parking company (VCS) ... £1000 ? wow

Bear in mind that DCBL are scamming you with a fake add-on, why would you even consider phoning a scammer. Government tells you not to phone scammers and government has now said that these fake add-ons are banned. DON'T CONTACT THEM, they will try to fill your head with rubbish

So, why do they want to deal now ?...... it's because they are unsure of their claim which could mean they are spanked again in court

DON'T BE FOOLED go forth and beat them and don't forget your costs

Thank you so much Patient dream, yes this has been a long hard fight and I intend to go all the way. We should not let these scammers bully us like this. Thanks for the positive encouragement. I have never made a phone call to these PPC as they are all a scam. I am waiting for them to send the court papers and we liaise via the courts.

Hi to all of my friends, I hope everyone is healthy and safe. So I have received the court letter from Northampton Business Centre - Notice of Proposed Allocation to the small claims track.

    TAKE NOTICE THAT:

    1. This is now a defended claim
2The defendant has filled a defence (scribbled out a copy of which is enclosed)
    3. I must by 19th April complete the Small claims direction Questionnaire form (N180)

    please see screen shot below

The letter was stapled together, now do I choose the small claim track route or disagree and complete the N180 and explain why? I think a trial court would be more appropriate to explain to the judge in detail the situation here.

The small claims track. That's where your case will be heard.
