Glad to see I made it onto the bus route Round, although with my considerable tonnage, the scales might will be screaming when they get back on...I'm happy (more than happy) with a few G&Ts, if that's OK...and I'll bring one or two of my hounds to keep ASB's pupper company, but I'll leave the goats at home, otherwise there will be mayhem! All you lot are totally bats...love ya!
Feeble flapping achieved in between Maccy D shifts, but a rapid fling round with the hoover before a potential - and now confirmed - puppy purchaser arrived worked wonders. (Just don't open any cupboard doors, unless you want to die under an avalanche of shizzle).
Can't remember who still has the plague, but get well soon. DH's auntie died yesterday from pneumonia complications with Covid a contributing factor and her husband is now on end of life care too, so it's very sad in Dizzyland today.
Mount Ironmore is threatening to escape from the laundry room, so I might try to tackle that in a bit. then again, I might not.9 -
Hugs to Dizzys family.
My ambitious list completed except council meeting later. I am the woman who forgot her handbag today so now have an unpaid vet bill. Can I be trusted with council decisions.
Round, don't forget to inform David Attenborough about the sock mating session. Should make good viewing.Spend less now, work less later.11 -
Dizzy.. bring a goat.. my grass needs to be shorter.

Another night in the WAC, so I was a bit slow off the mark at work for a couple of hours. Uneventful day, wm x 1 run first thing, towels now nearly dry. Risotto made for tea using the turkey stock from Christmas. WULTD, sink cleaned, kitchen floor swept, now to sort the Mr M delivery due on Wednesday.
YL - I admire your ability to exercise at home. I think that I might benefit from a regular yoga session but the chances of doing one uninterrupted, or even finding somewhere with enough space, are pretty remote.
Hoping for a better night’s sleep tonight, but I have topped the biscuit tin up with custard creams if anyone is interested. Maybe not such a good idea, in view of the impending scales visit, on second thoughts…
Hugs all round, especially to Dizzy x10 -
Hi ladies
Hugs to you all especially dizzy xx
Busy but nice day here. Did a mahoosive dog walk, in the sun, which was lovely. Had to chop a pallet to warm the sitting room through, but it’s toasty warm and the children ate dinner by the fire so it was worth the effort.
I am watching Ben Fogle (yum 😉) ATM, then I’ll scurry off to bed with my book. My floors are absolutely filthy but that’s a job for another day. Love to all xx
PS our pigs arrive next month 🤩🤩

Sorry to hear your sad news Dizzy, best wishes to the family.
Very busy day at school and with Brownies tonight but have managed to do DW, WUPA and cleaned the sink. Somehow I always feel I'm coping if the sink is clean 😂
I would love to be involved in the bus but on the south coast below London so think I will mess up the route. Perhaps I could raise a G and T in spirit!8 -
Evening all x
prescriptions ordered for DH
daylies done, dinner and tomorrow’s snap made
received invoice for DS2’s contribution to the extortionate nearly £3k per week care cost. It would have been cheaper to help me earlier when I begged for it.
printer ink replaced and empty put in envelope ready to return with others for recycling.Off to bed shortly.
last time I did the Plymouth to Roscoff route, it was my friend’s 1st time driving in France. She was so nervous she drove off the ferry leaving me and another friend behind. Our passports were in the car! It was a lovely holiday despite this 🤗9 -
elbree - the bus would have been passing to the north of you, so absolutely no problem to make a slight detour and pick you up.
(Don't worry it's not a RL bus. I don't want you to think that a horde of flyladies complete with dogs and goats are about to descend on you. 🤣)
I feel that I've achieved quite a bit this week. I can certainly see where I've MAD. The curtains didn't get put up, but I'm on top of the todailies and swallowed a couple of frogs....so my flylady halo is straight. Now to keep it straight and add paid stuff to the mix.
Good night and sweet dreams
Rxx
