Good morning
I am still lazing in bed, so ought get up & get going! I have had my 1st cuppa.

A little listy to get started:
Get up, dressed & breakfasted
Strip bed
Meal plan
WM x1

Bank accounts & emails have been checked whilst still in bed, so at least that is something! 🤣

Thank you for the lists Natty and Valli.

If the Flylady bus is using the Plymouth Roscoff route to visit Mademoiselle I'll happily join in, otherwise I fear I may be just too far out on a limb for it to make it down here.  My scales must be faulty, judging by this morning's weigh in so I'd be very grateful if a western approach would be considered.  I'll front up for the first round on the ferry and seasick pills if anyone needs them, which I doubt because the stabilizers are amazing on that thing.

My 5 Minute Flying thing fell by the wayside on Thursday and Friday because of freezer problems, all now resolved thank goodness, so I'm going to do 15 minutes today, as well as sort a small space.  The bedroom window paintwork needs a wash and now that lovely lodger has left his room needs to be turned around.  That should do it.

WM x 2 done now on whirly as it is sunny!

Cats sorted, 2 of them running around the garden / field, they seem to have a feather each...........

Whole house hoovered

Council bin back in, they were here at 7am, goodness knows what time they started as the lorry depot is no where near here.

Ash out, logs / kindling in

Hoover filter cleaned, bagless thing emptied

Washing power container filled up from bulk buy about 6 months ago

Bed changed, all towels changed

To do

Clean inside of windows from cat nose marks.

Weed wild flower bed

Last bits filed off study table
New socks OH bought yesterday but found to have a hole in this morning returned to shop and changed (procrastination avoided!)
Fruit that was put into soak last night now turned into a tea loaf and in oven
Lunch on too
Sun is trying to come out so should be a nice walk
recycling taken out
Bed made, clothes picked up

Going to put WM on again,

Honey_Bear - the bus will come to you - and Plymouth- Roscoff route means that Fayolle will be aboard the bus before we head to the Continent. Sorted. 😊

I've nearly finished emptying the first box from under the table- just 2 lever arch files left in it...and numerous dust bunnies. I've given several pencils to P. The odd socks have been washed and will go in the odd sock bag to await a mating session. Bow tie and something for holding things on the dashboard put in the bag for DS. Cable put in drawer under the TV. Cutlass and patch put to one side until the rest of the pirate outfit surfaces- then going to DS.

I've taken parrots but I've still got a rotten headache. Not letting it stop me though.

Thank you Round.  Much appreciated, the bus route passing through here.  Thoroughly looking forward to the trip now that we can go back to France for visits.

15 minutes Flying completed, although very sadly nothing I'd intended to do.  The stairs have been vacuumed and the kitchen floor swept and washed. 

The house is now imbued with the niff of Seville oranges which are poaching on the hob ready to be made into marmalade - inspired by Valli and found in Morribunds last Thursday.  Must go up to the attic and dig out some jars.

Afternoon

ive managed to fly a bit, mount washmore was threatening to overtake the bedroom and it’s been cold and sunny here so wm x 3 run, 2 went out with the third just finishing in the TD, that made a dent in it! Dailies just done at lunchtime plus second quick walk done, small walks but better than nothing!

still more washing to do… not sure where it all comes from so I shall load the machine again ready for the morning in the hope we get another niceish day.

back to work I go now, US colleagues are off today and I am getting caught up, although I know it won’t last!
