Glad you had things to be grateful for today - and found them.
I think getting a LC diagnosis is almost as hard as an ASD one!! Definitely don't beat yourself up. The last thing you should do is push yourself too hard to do stuff. It's likely to do more harm than good from what I've seen of friends with similar illnesses.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Good morning. The low fat delight of the day is pasta sauce made with onion, red and yellow peppers, garlic, cherry tomatoes, smoked salt, pepper, veg stock and chilli flakes. It is in the SC on low.
Some washing sorted and a hat silk and showing tie rehomed to a friend.
It would be a NSD but DH wants mushrooms so he shall have them.
Daughterofsatan extracted from the WM.
Tidying up today and some work on sorting out our annexe which has variously been airbnb/isolation room/sick bay.
Many calls to sort out the mess made by the pre op assessment nurse who sent half an email. It wouldn't matter but time is of the essence!
Any top tips for homeworking? Strategies? Equipment? Hope I'm not jumping the gun.

Home working - easier with a dedicated desk - a dedicated room makes it easier still. A bigger desk rather than making do on a tiny one and having a proper chair, screen and keyboard all make a positive difference.
Plan how to still meet social needs and stay motivated.
Set out ground rules about people dropping by / interruptions etc. Accept it won't go perfectly - it didn't at the office either.
Plan exercise into your day - at least a few times a week.
Move to a different area if possible for lunch so it doesn't all seem to run together...
Get headphones with a mic - for the times you don't want someone on speaker...
Just as people may get the best ideas in the shower - if you are thinking about work while loading the dishwasher - you're just giving yourself a different way of solving a problem...
In the summer you may be able to take some calls in the garden or possibly even while walking depending on your workplace / who you are calling and the subject.

This is great. I have a room that fits the bill. I think there is a budget for desk and chair.

Promenading the puppies at lunch, I thought.
