We started on our Christmas treats yesterday too! DD said, surely this whole cupboard of food isn't juuuuuust for Christmas day mum??? And I thought, hmm, she's right so we started yesterday seeing as though we're off work/ school now, the holidays have officially begun here (well apart from for DP he forgot to book any time off! But most others have booked off so he's looking forward to a quiet couple of days to catch up on last bits before handing it over to his successor in Jan!)

Presents all wrapped and sorted. 👏

Cleaned the windowsill and all the ornaments in the dining room. That had been bugging me for a while. Rearranged the ornaments and set out a teeny tiny glass frog that a friend gave me a while ago. 😊

Also cleaned that set of window panes and the ones in the Snug as they caught my eye as being grubby.
Asked Mr KK to trim back the clear silicone that he’d sealed the new panes in with months ago - think he must have just forgotten them. Looks a lot better now 😊

Started another novel - a Rumer Godden one about race horses. I’m learning a lot 😊

About to do a bit of tapestry.
