    Awwww ... @greenbee, @themadvix, @Baileys_Babe. Thank you for making me feel less of an 'MSE failure'! 💖

    It will make a huge difference to our quality of life and that of any visitors too :)  And you're right we just don't have the oomph to do it ourselves atm. It means I can get on and focus on other things like tidying up, washing the dining room table cloth, dusting etc.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £227,385
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,822 Estd. interest saved = £6,166 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Oh and I forgot to mention, as it is stock take tomorrow with no production, boss was absolutely relaxed about me working from home. So I don't have to ask Mr KK to miss any work, or juggle furniture cleaner, leaving him with a key, getting into work late and then leaving again at lunchtime. I have promised myself that I will do (or at least make significant inroads into) the huuuuge legal register review we need before the next ISO 9001 assessment in Mid February.
    If you hear snoring from this direction tomorrow, it will mean I have lost the battle of concentration and focus! 🤣
