Well done you.
If 💩 wants to sulk then quite right leave him to it, you're there making sure people don't get maimed or killed, if he's had a tiny hurt to his pride then he can count himself lucky can't he2 -
Thanks @KajiKita; what a day! It's ludicrous; how would he be reacting if numerous horrific injuries were the outcome of his slovenly attitude? Quivering lip? Excuse me while i look for my baton as I can surely hear the orchestra of tiny violins tuning up. Sweet dreams love Humdinger xx2

Urgh, so sorry you're having to deal with all that nonsense. Hopefully he will grow a bit of a backbone and a bit of sense soon!2

fair dos to supervisor for addressing the issue in an adult matter and coming up with solutions / improvements.
As for the sulking child, leave him to adjust to his world and talk again when you are calmer. Rhetorical question but why don't people get there are consequences for actions.
Hope the PC drama and the days stresses sufficiently exhausted you for restorative sleep rather than tossing and turning and over thinking.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!3 -
Hope work sorts itself out - or, rather, individuals within work give their heads a wobble and start seeing the bigger picture.
KajiKita - I'm sorry to have hijacked your thread with my query regarding nutritional yeast (brands), but thank you to everyone that made a response - it seems like the 50p financial 'saving' isn't worth it in quality terms.

Whipped puppy mode was still in operation first thing this morning, but a full morning of getting stuck into helping with the practical (his preferred mode) aspects of manipulating a very heavy deck for a new customer project seems to have restored his equilibrium somewhat ...
There is light on the horizon it seems ...
I, on the other hand, was awake from 4am this morning, tossing and turning ... and working 'late' as I need to see the Night shift (they start at 5pm) about something ...
I will be IGNORING any and all emails, messages or calls from *anyone* this evening ....!

In brighter news …. 😊
Night shift were respectful and patient in the rather dry briefing I had to do about Fire Marshalls activities with them. They have a very dry sense of humour which I quite enjoy. It was a nice way to end the day.
TCB sent me £22.04 so that has been whisked off to be an OP along with a 79p TT of the joint current account 😊
Mr KK had already lit the fire by the time I got home ❤️

As I mentioned elsewhere, I manipulated Mr KK somewhat into promising to make an appointment with a GP today, after he pretty much had to hit the floor last night during dinner due to sciatica. He saw someone at 4pm today who gave him a thorough examination, prescribed Co-codamal and told him to rest so the aggravated nerve could recover - that works so well for a self employed chippy doesn’t it … 🤷♀️ Ah well, at least Mr KK seems to have taken in what the GP said and when I told him he would NOT be the one going up a ladder tomorrow to clean gutters at the company office due to a leak, he did actually seem to listen to me … 🤞
Been a much more positive day in work today - the septic pipe changeover for the main factory toilets is complete, the internal audit training for my new auditors is going well (you know it’s good when people come out of a training session going ‘ooh, I didn’t know that’, and ‘you have to look at everything by risk you know’ … 😉) and my boss asked me for an electrical inspection report that I was immediately able to produce and advise that sparky and I were struggling to pull together a quote for as some of it was so open ended - boss says we have a risk inspection by head office on 16th December so JFDI! Emailed sparky to say we had green light for Cat 1 and Cat 2 works - sparky sent back a 😳 and a statement that he would put back a job on a farm for us … Bless him. I’ve been nice to him and his team as various life events have happened to them of late, I think that helps when you need stuff to just GET DONE!Tsunami of PC emails again this evening. Have skimmed and responded …KKAs at 15.12.25:

Well done you on brilliant work, and putting your foot down with Mr KK.
Completely understand the self employed soldiering on as its only you though. Glad he saw someone at least.
While it's expense and possibly hurtful to his pride, are there any things in disability/elder catalogues that might help? While not the same thing, for example my mum found with her arthritic back that buying booster cushions (in classy tones and style obvs) helps her soreness and mobility getting up from seats.
Bet you can't wait to bust outta the PC soon!3
