Surely the actual accident is a timely reminder of why the near misses happen.
I'm the first to say that I'm not great at reporting near misses, nor do we have processes in place to deal with them (small business things!) but all of us have seen people get hurt and understand in theory why we should!Start mortgage date: August 2022; Start mortgage amount: £240,999; Original mortgage free date: August 2056

For sure. What’s distressing my No. 2 is the possible consequences I think. I used phrases like ‘investigation’ and ‘possible disciplinary action’. In an organisation that has been as slack as the one I’m in for so long and has such poor accountability and with someone as naive as him, that’s a real shock.Merlin's_Beard said:… all of us have seen people get hurt and understand in theory why we should!KKAs at 15.10.25:

I’m struggling to get motivated this morning …
I have:
- changed the wiper blades on my car - been meaning to do that all week, but dark evenings etc.
- got two loads of washing out. Not sure how it will do, as there is some slight sun, but no breeze and very damp air … 🤷♀️
- wrangled the groceries shop. Not *quite* sure why the sainbugs driver saluted me from the back of his vehicle when he saw me …? 🤔😂😂
- spread out some pots that I propagated things in (various hardy geraniums, a couple of teeny tiny baby summer jasmines, the golden heuchera that I rescued from being cooked in full sun - that’s come back beautifully 😊 and some primulas) across the new beds either side of the path. They need putting in really and I could do one divvying up and sharing around of some other bits as well. It’s verrrrry wet out there though and I’m flinching… think I’ll start off with a row of crocheting my blanket first, just to warm myself up, yes …? 🤔😉😂

And that's exactly why it needs to be done @KajiKita. It's going to be a far bigger shock if (when!)it happens because of an actual live incident. You're right. Love Humdinger xxKajiKita said:

KajiKita - which brand of nooch do you use? I'm minded to get some at some point, but can't decide whether to go for H&B (cheapest per 100g), B0sh b0ys, second cheapest, or stick with the marig0ldy that I've used before. BB & Marig0ldy are stocked by MrS, I'd have to go into Greying Town to access H&B. Any recommendations?

Thanks @Humdinger1 x
I use the marigold brand. Partly because it’s the one that’s usually available and also because I did have the BB’s version once and I found the packaging more difficult to get on with - their pot at the time was taller and narrower and I found it just that bit more awkward to get into with a tablespoon. I may be wrong on this, but I think their weight per unit / pot might be less? Might be worth checking 🤔 Never noticed any difference in taste, texture, flake size etc.Greying_Pilgrim said:KajiKita - which brand of nooch do you use? Hahahaha … very good. 😊. No, I think not. The delivery driver was as hyper as a spaniel, full of cheerful enthusiasms. The trainee he happened to have with him this morning looked a bit shell shocked when he, quietly, came to the door to collect the last of the totes and ask if everything was okay with my delivery … 😉f0xh0les said:Is it possible Private Sainsbugs has seen Mr KKs kit, or recognised him at a fair and assumes you are Hon Lady General KK of the borderlands ma'am?

Thanks hun, the B-Boyz is £3.50 for 100g, maR1g0ldy is £4 per 100g - so a bit cheaper - but yes, I take your point about the packaging, as I have seen it in 'RL' in MrS, and you're right, it is a taller container. MrS actually quote pack size by the kilo, so the SEL's say £35 and £40 per kilo, respectively for the pots. I seem to recall that the HB packet is..... 250g??? and retails for £5 something pence.
Thanks for your input tho hun, as it always helps if someone has actually used these items. It's quite a chunk of change to lay out.

I used the marigold nooch too @Greying_Pilgrim
I nearly bought some new tray things for my air fryer @KajiKita but the new oven came with an air fryer setting 😯 I've used it as much as the oven setting! It works better than my actual air fryer so I'm debating actually getting rid of that now as it's so manky even after furiously scrubbing it each time I use it 🤢. The oven air fryer basket is much easier to clean with no disgusting rubber bits on that the oil clings to.
Work arguments are never good I hope it's resolved for you (peacefully).2 -
I've got the BOssh one GP but it doesn't seem to add much in the way of flavour, not tried any others so far.1
