like your attitude to the pampered prince. letting go, wishing well, closing that chapter. Nice. Enjoy the lovely Spring weekend we have.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2

I have a whole list to work through this weekend
Don't forget soaking up the sunshine in that list. Good for the soul and the immune system (I see you're still struggling with energy like me after being ill?)

Thanks @Watty1, @beanielou, @savingholmes, @debtfreewannabe321 - I have soaked up enough sun weeding the garlic this morning that I won’t need my vitamin D tablet today 😊
 Made a good start:
 - 2 loads of washing done and almost dry in the line in the breeze
 - Wrangled Toscos delivery whilst Mr KK was out getting his hair cut and seeing his mum
 - Picked up my prescription and refuelled the car at the new, cheap garage.- Finally emptied the second bag of bark! 👏🎊🥳🎉🤩😊 Used most of it to finish the path through the copse. It looks so different now, far more ‘intentional’ as a space iyswim 😊
 - Weeded the garlic bed, beating back the bindweed that is just starting to appear in the warmer weather …
 - Helped Mr KK move a pallet, bags of compost and an ancient metal barrier that he wants to repurpose out of sight to behind the garage etc.
 - Smashed up with a hammer the very, very ancient bag of ground volcanic rock that apparently bring mineral fertility to soil 🤷♀️ I have had this literally for years. Cleared it of weeds and roots and started sprinkling it through the veggie beds.KKAs at 15.10.25:

Good luck with the volcanic matter... It is supposed to be anti-ageing if you use it to grow food crops too.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Really??! Wow … 😊😉👏😂 Well I will take uptick in the fertility here as it’s dreadful! 😊 All now spread all over 👏savingholmes said:Good luck with the volcanic matter... It is supposed to be anti-ageing if you use it to grow food crops too.
Had a lovely if tiring day today. Done LOADS in a garden full of birdsong and plum blossom ❤️ We will draw a kind veil over the state of my house, yes …?Weeded the shallots bed and the section beyond that where I want to put the sweet peas in tomorrow. The ground was very dry so gave it a good watering and will water it again tomorrow.Finished sprinkling the volcanic rock stuff everywhere. I’m expecting plant miracles now! 😉😂
Oh and a little job I did first thing that I forgot to mention - potted up the Comfrey Bocking 14 roots that arrived in the post yesterday 😊

No leaves here, just beautiful, simple clear white flowers. ❤️ If the wind drops down a bit tomorrow I will try and get a picture.Cheery_Daff said:Ooh, lovely that you have plum blossom Ours has barely got leaves yet (and has also never produced a single plum!) We had very few plums last year, the few that we had we gave to MiL to make jam with 😉😊
