My last contracted day is Monday (end of the month), not tomorrow. Sorry all ….
Started chasing the solicitor by phone today. His assistant called me back and booked a review session for 9am tomorrow morning …. At about 2pm this afternoon my phone rang and it was the solicitor himself, who had a cancellation and wondered if I had time there and then to discuss the contract. I galloped down the office, whilst he set himself up with a cup of tea …. We did the do and he sent it to me for digital signing. I managed to do that from my work phone on my sofa this evening and sent it back - hopefully we will get it over the line tomorrow morning!!In the meantime …. boss was demanding to know what successes I could share on slides for the big visit next week … Yup, you read that right. I’m not good enough for the job, but still I have to prepare slides to make the site look good from my area …. 🤯 I hope he stumbles over the delivery next week ….. (the afternoon after I finish). 😉
George gave me masses of fuss when I went up for my shower just now, Little Cats are booked in the Cattery and I’m rummaging about on FBMP for a second cat box. 😊
