Thanks @LadyWithAPlan 😊
I have started tracking achievements or tasks done but hadn’t thought of classifying them. Good shout, I will look at this.Yes, the hard stares from here are actually quite comforting 😉
I don’t generally get on well with high necklines as they tend to make me overheat. I’d rather add a scarf, so I can play with different colours and ‘adjust my settings’! 😉😊
I’m quite chuffed with the dining table too. It beds clearing periodically but hadn’t been done in aaaaages ….
Mr KK comes home from France today 😊❤️

The week is done ….! 😊🤩❤️🥳🎉✨Watched Colonel Colon do to the rest of the management team what he’s been doing to me for the past six weeks (unreasonable, extreme demands, crazy timescales, nothing but DEMAND - rather than questions, guidance, steering etc.) in the management meeting today. We have been going round this particular project loop for months - so I cut through it, made some suggestions, facilitated a way forward. Absolutely fascinating watching it from the outside…. (fortunately I am not directly involved in this project).Told useless report at the end of the day that I wasn’t prepared to send him back to college this autumn. Cue emotional blackmail, total self focus on why he HAD to be allowed to do it, arrogance, slight but persistent aggression etc. He tried to suggest that he could work extra long days to make up the 8 hours missing on the college day … he can’t even get into work on time as it is now … 🙄 HR are now getting a clearer insight into what I have been dealing with …
Chloe came hurtling in just now, stormed onto my lap, stayed there long enough to warm up (her feet were chilly, bless) and then ran off to eat more dinner! 😂😉 She then ‘helped’ Mr KK extensively as he tried to swop from summer to winter duvet … 😂😂😂
Georgeous is looking for lap, but hasn’t quite grasped the concept yet. He doesn’t ever actually sit down properly, just goes round and round, bites, scrams, wriggles, fights, etc etc. Did I mention that we think he’s a bit of a himbo …. 😉❤️
Feeling relaxed and happy. For the first time in c. 6 weeks I have not brought any work home with me this weekend 😊❤️

Very, very pleased you're feeling happy and relaxed- and that others in the workplace are gradually seeing what you've been having to cope with.
Bless the cats, Georgeous wanting lap but being too excited about the possibilities to be snoozy and Chloe now feeling she has right of way onto your lap and using it for feet warming before dinner and duvet help has proper warmed me old cockles 🥰https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

Thanks @f0xh0les, @PennysIntoPounds, @beanielou 😊
I’ve done a thing today, which I have been thinking about doing for years … to the rest of you it is not a significant thing … but to me … it is …
I have made pizza dough from scratch, topped it and made HM pizzas! They were wonky but pretty tasty and OMG, the texture was soooo much better! Mr KK even ate his crusts (this never happens with shop bought)! 😊 I am somewhat intimidated by doughs, pastries, breads etc so this feels like a big step forward for me today 😊❤️
I have also:
- two loads of washing dealt with and dried on the line
- emptied and relined both kitchen bins
- cooked two sets of burgers for us for lunch which we had on the patio, with flowers 🌺
- windscreen sap blobs scraped off and wash bottle topped up (thanks for the reminder @ladybird1106 😊)
- wrangled the toscos delivery - relatively cheap shop this week - £15 less than budget and a lot less than normal 😊
- trimmed all the edges of the ornamental beds
- cut down at the base all the dill where they have stopped flowering and are about to throw seed EVERYWHERE! 😉
- found three, long, lethal, spiky brambles running across the patio - chopped off at the base and into small pieces for the black bin (I don’t put anything thorny in my compost)
- started clearing gone over stuff from under the contorted Hazel - it’s already looking better 😊
- helped Mr KK empty two water butts into the pond
- done c. 12 rows of knitting whilst watching lots of Loocifer 😊
Been a good day 😊

OMG losing the fear of yeast is a total game changer!! well done you 👏👏👏 you clever girl! It is HUGE!! Pizza bases, then focaccia, then rolls, then sweet ones .... So much tastier, you know exactly what is in it, and you can have fun tinkering and experimenting. It is so much fun pairing the rolls to the soup! or the filling! Plus if you shove it in the fridge it is like pressing the pause button so you can deal with it later.
Congratulations 🎉 I still can't make a slicing loaf though. I no longer care though 😁4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!
