Maybe you could bond over whether he could get you the same mattress you've ordered for half the price, only one small stain, no questions asked 😂
Seriously though it must be useful that he's freely admitted to criminal activity, surely your higher ups need to take into consideration the reputation of the company, whether he's lied about any convictions, and the culture he's introducing into the workplace...1 -

Truly awful mid year PDA today.I got told I was not good enough and had to change for a full hour. I really don’t think I am what they want in this role any more - I was, but now they want something different.I have also been told I have to shift my hours so I ‘stop finishing early’ - I have to be available for ‘conversations about issues’ later in the day. I currently work 7.30am to 3.30pm to be aligned with production. I will have to start doing 8am (any later than that and the morning commute will be horrendous and I will be too far out of alignment with production) to 5pm each day. That eliminates my time at home with Mr KK in the late afternoon before I start cooking food etc.The only positive feedback I received, was that my working relationship with another manager had improved. My LI profile has been opened to recruiters and I will be sitting down at the weekend and estimating, with anticipated energy and mortgage cost rises, how much of a pay cut I could take (they do pay well) in a new role.

KK
I love YNAB more than I ever thought possible despite my years of paper/ssheet budgeting .. The clarity, the reports, the peace, the ease - the joyous next level obsession - you can stare at it during the day. Plus ynab is great for processing changes - I dont think i would have navigated these recent months of lower paid invoices without ynabing since Dec
If you use a referral code (can DM you mine if you wish) you can get a 34 day trial (which everyone does) and if you then subscribe you get a month extra free as do I . I would also advise tou set it up using the Nick True set up guide - can send you that as well - I literally just paused him whilst i did the next step
Well done on the catio sale - has Mr KK thought about a Catio building side hustle? I feel a pet carpentry business coming on
DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Good luck with finding a new role. I'm sorry it had to descend to these depths before you decided to take the plunge, but YOU ARE DEFINITELY DOING THE RIGHT THING. Forget about the money (aside from making sure you achieve the bare minimum needed, obvs), your mental health is worth more than what they have put you throughMortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

You would be a fool to stay where you are undervalued, and you are not a fool. How flippin' dare they???Was it Colonel Colon? I would stop giving him stress/relaxation techniques and start scheduling all my emails to go at 5pm, but then I do not take criticism well, and am petty, and mostly unemployed...... but very funny and 99% stress free!

Can you ask for the changes to your normal working practises to be given in writing? If you are working in alignment with production, then there is method to your schedule.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!
