No clue what a Tithonia is but it sounds very Midsummer Nights Dream and quite Shakespearean bawdyKajiKita said:- updated all my finances after a month of not updating them! 😳 Took some doing but I am all straight now, ready for payday on Thursday 😊
- returned two pairs of trousers to MnS that don’t fit - so that will be £62 coming back to me. Tried another supply source for work trousers … sigh … (I seem to have size 14 legs and bum but size 16 stomach - thanks menopause …)My Tithonia has finally started flowering ❤️🤩

Well done on the finances - feels so much better when one is straight
I also have been struck by the belly from nowhere - hence me trying the ems...
Loving the cat pics!DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Forgot to mention, as part of the payday £cial review, I have shuffled £400 off to joint savings, £890 off to my own savings and done a £200 OP. 😊 Felt quite chuffed until I updated my YNAB spreadsheet and my months of emergency fund dropped from 5.8 to 4.1 🤷♀️ Ah well, it shows me where my funds are allocated and we still have c. £18K between us. Not quite where I want it to be but better than after I bought the car this spring 😊
