Mr KK was saying over dinner that he feels skint with all the time off he’s had to take off recently to help his mum. I told him he had provisional orders all over the country with MSE cat owners wanting catios - I ‘drew some pen portraits’ of you all for him and it made him laugh - so thank you for cheering him up 😊❤️

    KK

Now I really want to see those pen portraits of us all - the mind boggles what your pen thinks we look like :)

(I fear we may end up looking like a grown up version of the 7 dwarves )
my mind boggled too... it was a lovely entertaining wander thinking that over :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I am thinking about booking a lunch with a friend next Saturday and how I can use the Friday after the funeral to ‘feed’ me, especially as Mr KK is going away to a militaria sale with his best man that Friday / weekend so I only have myself to please.

Lay on the floor of the catio and let the kits treat you like a trampoline.  Well that's what I'd do.....

I've found a slug trap - the kind you put beer in. There is a major debate as to what should be put in. We have Trappist ale, a bottle of old Peculiar, lost lager and some small cans of moretti for picnics. Apparently they all have equal value and I should buy some cheap bitter.

the broad beans are doing well, the munched ones are French. I have mining bees in the greenhouse which may make tomatoes planting slightly nerve wracking.

It’s rock hard concrete and tbh I think they would just avoid me … 😉😊🤷‍♀️

I have pulled a bit more bindweed 😊

Nooooo!!!!  Put down a yoga mat or something.  If you lay there they will come!!!  They're kittens. They're naturally curious.  They're thinking "who is this marvelous hoomin who seems to have food for us coming out of her finger tips?!?!?!?"  They'll sniff, they'll run away, they'll ignore and then they'll come back to check just in case there's some of that food available.  (which you will magically pull out of your pocket (treats, not the wet goods))

Clingweed here.  But that's just me - need to mow down some ornamental grass that has take over the front garden too.  Once that's done the clingweed can be untangled from the lovely little rose bush.
