If it's any consolation I pick axed my shin whilst tidying up earlier but the gash is offset by nice sunshine on my short clad legs.

It went okay. MiL seems much less stressed than when she has been here before, always with FiL. We walked the garden in the rain ☔️ and chatted about this and that and what I am doing out there. She loved the LCs and their catio ❤️ and then she got lost in my shelf of craft books …. 😉 Overall I think it went well 😊

- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
- OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 26 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 12th April.
Produce tracker: £78 of £400 in 2026

How’s your leg this morning? My knees are functioning again, albeit stiffly.
