But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

    Ah, I should explain …. The catio is just a temporary feature. It will be in place until LCs have got the hang of the electronic cat flap and are big enough to cope with the ruffian cats from next door ….

    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
