    I find primroses interesting. They fade out and shrink down in the summer to next to nothing so are unobtrusive and inoffensive. Then come the next spring they reappear like phoenixes … They are so robust, they tolerate the sloppiest of transplanting and just flower away. I think this garden will become the primrose garden, as they and I scatter them everywhere 😊

    I have planted quite a few primroses here too - I love that they grow their babies like little add ons and then you can easily divide the clumps or just enjoy a wealth of colour over time.
