Mr KK was at his parents when I got in from work this evening, so I used the time whilst I was hardboiling eggs for our lunches to have a stump around the garden and take some pictures of the bits that are giving me joy. There are too many to share here, but do you remember my Border of Doom that became the Sit Spot Border? Here’s how it looked this evening 😊:

That looks spot on, I love primroses. I always like other peoples garden photos.

I find primroses interesting. They fade out and shrink down in the summer to next to nothing so are unobtrusive and inoffensive. Then come the next spring they reappear like phoenixes … They are so robust, they tolerate the sloppiest of transplanting and just flower away. I think this garden will become the primrose garden, as they and I scatter them everywhere 😊redofromstart said:That looks spot on, I love primroses. I always like other peoples garden photos.

I have planted quite a few primroses here too - I love that they grow their babies like little add ons and then you can easily divide the clumps or just enjoy a wealth of colour over time.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality
