    I'm not religious but I do like 23 - but prefer the 'I shall not want' version to the more readable wording and it's one of those things that people like nod and know the first bit at least.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    That's great that Mr KK is being so mse, and really encouraging mental-health-wise in this difficult and sad situation that he's feeling able to think about practical inevitabilities and see ways to find joy and progression from them.

    I'm so pleased the suggestion of The Lord is My Shepherd has been useful, and moving!
