I did not even think about whether anyone was going to use the car, just left the keys at home whilst away for ten weeks in our old campervan, so no, did not give anyone permission to drive, but obviously somebody did drive the car, could have been the kids or upstairs neighbours who were looking after the cat and checking the flat, but was 5 n half years ago, and yes i was the RK of the car at the time they say Pcn's were issued, thankyou for your interest

Hi Coupon-mad, thankyou for your reply, I have been in contact with my local Mp since December. On 30/12 i sent to Mp Dcb saying they were proceeding with court claim and sent me a form N180saying court would send, i have received that form from the court yesterday. I notified Mp i received the form. I sent Mp a copy of Rip off car park cowboys. I also sent Judge Claire Jackson's report in Bradford County Court to Mp. Also sent where court said, add ons were " An abuse of process" Mp sent mail saying they had notified both parties and when get a response will get back to me. On 5th. Jan. Mp mailed me saying Dcb required car registration or Pcn numbers so they could direct to relevant manager,  i sent back those details  to Mp immediately. It might be taking a bit longer due to the festive period, but i am doubting they might not even reply to my Mp, i do not know if they have to reply or not, thankyou again for taking interest in this matter

Ok so you are at DQ stage.  The NEWBIES thread shows how to fill that out.

You file (send to the court) and serve (send to all other parties).  As you will be completing the downloaded DQ, you just create an e-mail attach the completed form to it and send it to two addresses, the court and the claimant or their solicitor.

Coupon-mad, my husband has been doing all the work regarding this issue due to my hypertension, will it be possible he could represent me at court please? i understand i have to be there in person but would like him to be able to put my case to the judge. I read as you said the Newbies Bargepole wrote about filling in form N180, i see that he says to definitely say no to mediation and will not go against me, i was going to go forward with the mediation as i thought it would help me, i hope you do not think i am taking up your time unnecessary

Just say NO to mediation.  Your husband can be a Lay Rep for you.  Read up on it.

Mediation is a confidential process. The Judge conducting any final hearing will not be informed whether you engaged in mediation, nor what the outcome of it was.
