The NTK is compliant with the POFA, so there is no technicality there.
Doesn't detract from the fact that UKPC signs are usually appalling. Also, I bet their photos span about two minutes flat? No Grace period allowed for the driver to even be fetching a permit, let alone to have read and 'agreed to pay' £100. Which of course they didn't.
Do you know the location and why a driver in your family would have been there? Visiting someone? Delivering something?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Sandra, as Redx has said you need to remove the document you have posted because it has your identifying information on it.
It's easy to do. Just click on the 'settings' symbol at the top right hand corner of your own message and it will say either 'edit' or 'delete'. Delete the whole thing. Then you need to block out all your personal information, including car reg, and repost.
I wish I could help with your case but the experts are already on it, so will just say good luck! Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. Extra defence point:
The driver (who is not the Defendant; it was her daughter but she will not be named to protect her from this aggressive and recently DVLA-banned ex-clamper parking firm) is disabled and has a Blue Badge. The ticketer acted so hastily that they would undoubtedly have seen her struggle to exit the car, yet no suitable grace period was allowed for her to read any signs, let alone to have fetched a visitor permit from whoever she was visiting and displayed it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? This is all covered in the 12 steps in the first post of the Template defence thread.
How to answer every question on that form is in the NEWBIES thread in a linked post by bargepole and another by 'system'.

Thankyou for your help, I expect i am going to be told i was stupid. So from the beginning, i know 5 n half years ago i never received 1 let alone 4 Pcn's Ukpc claim to have sent out. First i knew anything was 12/10/2021 i received letter from Dcb legal, i ignored it, next was 24/11/2021 claim form from CCBC. I panicked as never had anything like this before and filled in form to ask for 28 days extension to write to my local mp to complain about about the issue. It said fill in defence which i did ( i had no idea at the time there was this forum on here) In my defence i stated " I was not the driver" and it might have been my daughter as she lives in Essex "I stated might be" not was my daughter, and gave no name. Next thing letter came saying case proceeding to court, i would imagine due to my defence i supplied. Now today N180 form arrived. I will try to make it short, I was the keeper of the car. I was not the driver of the vehicle on dates stated. I left home on the 9th.July 2016 in our campervan for Norfolk and arrived home on 1st. October 2016. It has taken me over 2 weeks to go over bank statements and holiday companies for proof of payments and dates. Secondly, our neighbours upstairs were looking after our cat whilst we were away feeding her, letting her out, collecting post(as only had post box on wall outside) and checking our flat was okay. During the 10 weeks we were away, our daughter and her friends stayed occasionally at the flat, as did my son and his friends, they had bbq's and parties there. There was 2 sets of keys left in our flat for our car, I have asked my son and daughter if they drove the car whilst we were away and they said no, but that it was hard to remember back 5 n half years ago, whether our neighbours used my car i have no idea as I have no contact with them as we have moved from kent to norfolk 3 years ago and the last i heard they had moved. I am in my 70's and can swear i never drove the car(with proof) i have absolutely no idea who might have drove the car on those dates, i am scared of going to court as never in my life been to court, i suffer with high hypertension and this has caused my bp to rise and enormous anxiety for something i never done, already they are demanding i pay £570.72 for 2 Pcn's which i knew nothing about, and that is before it even reaches court. Yes, i did fill in my defence as explained, not knowing about this forum on here until somebody told me about it, if i have completely messed up then it is obviously my own fault and i will have to face the consequences, thankyou for reading, i really appreciate it1
