In: Am sitting at my local with a cool and frothy drink copying my receipt from Ald1s
Large pack mince, portioned. Frozen thai curry stirfry, paella stirfry, garden peas. Various beans tins, chopped tomatoes, oxtail soup (i know, saw it and decided to indulge), anchovie tins, tin ruit cocktail ( i normally blitz it without the cherries and make ice lollies with a cherry in each) jars olives and artichokes, frozen peas. 2 kinds of healthy crackers for lunch box next week and to go with nice cheese i got Ms C.
Out: I am supposed to make bread rolls for the bbq tonight, so if i do, the flours, yeast etc for that.It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.3 -
In: 0
Out: chicken breasts for dinner tonight (did skewers with peppers & onions, plus jacket potato & corn on the cob); goat curry and cooked rice for dinner tomorrow. Will also make some Dahl as there isn't enough curry for 2 of us!

Out: half the remaining chicken, gravy, oddments of veg and pastry ingredients (yes, it was pie night again!).
The rest of the cooked chicken is now in the freezer.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Out: some samosas to go with curry tonight. Pea and Ham soup for lunch. Sausages for dinner tomorrow.

In: portioned hm ham. Cubed pumpkin.
Out: tin tuna, handful frozen veg, both to go with salad for work dinner. Barlotti beans, tin tomatoes, various herbs and spices all for the chilli con carne currently in slow cooker.
Had to switch the shed freezer on again, needed the space after yesterday's shop.It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.2 -
In: 1 portion of mushroom soup, several pastries/cakes for lunches, jar of plums, yogurt, bananas.
Out: mushrooms, a lemon, fish fingers, last of the old bananas.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

In: 8 x 50g packs of home smoked lardons; 19 x 4 slices of home smoked bacon. DH and I have just spent most of the morning slicing and vac-packing the bacon. Have kept out some for our breakfast over the weekend
