Out: butternut squash and chickpea tagine; lamb casserole

Out: crown prince pumpkin. This pumpkin was harvested end of last season, october it think. So, 7months later and it still good. It been in the shed for several months and then on the floor under the sideboard in livingroom for the last few months. Griddled a few wedges and then finished it off in oven. Tender and sweet. The rest will go in freezer probably. I have 3 seedlings going this season for the allotment, they will definately be taking pride of place.
