    How about some honey roasted beetroot? Could be good with feta? Honey-roast beetroot recipe | BBC Good Food
    I tried the recipe today and it works!  I had mine hot with a roast and I've got leftovers which I think would go in a salad.

    Oh, talking about recipes, i am looking for a pumpkin fritters recipe please. My mum said hers is all in her head and she have no measurements, she just through everything together  :#
