Back from WI and it was as bad as expected, in fact a bit worse!  It was a gain of 7.5lb!  Getting back near where I started so it's back to basics again and making sure I count all my syns.  As my WI is at 10.30am I will definitely be having breakfast every week before I go - can't wait that long to eat.

@Mrs_Ryan - the cut off point for reducing to 15 syns is 16 stone so maybe now you've plateaued it might be a good idea to reduce the number of syns even if you haven't actually reached that milestone.

Thank you for those suggesting the rolls to put burgers on.  Asda is my local supermarket, so hopefully should be able to get something!

Thanks all. I did check last week with my consultant- I’m still 1.5 stone off the cut off point 🙈OH had his yearly check up and he’s lost quite a lot of weight over the year- his BMI is 33! I’m very jealous :D I’m constipated again though (sorry for TMI) so I’ve taken some senna and hopefully that will remedy things and kick start me again.

Oh dear @joedenise. ☹️ I suppose it's mostly down to having to come back from holiday and just eating what you had, especially when out visiting. Especially as that followed your holiday in the Canaries. When you're in the motor home you generally strike a good balance between eating out and self catering.

Much the same happened to me after my last proper holiday in June 2019! You can sort it out though. I know you can. 🤗

The senna may well be the answer @MrsRyan. 🤞

Thanks @maman and @bubbs but I think it may well take me a while to lose that amount - it's like starting all over again!  Still all I can do is to try and shift it as quickly as I can; even at lb a week it's still nearly 2 months which is getting on for when we're likely to start going away in the motorhome again!  Oh well, onwards and upwards - or should that be downwards!

Change of plan for dinner!  The cassoulet still isn't cooked!  I'm glad I still had my HEB left as we've ended up with a LO roast pork & apple sandwich - I was good and used a bit of LTL mayo instead of butter so only 1.5 syns.  Will have some fruit later, as usual.
