It's gone up to £5.95 @abba1772.  I think you're right that going to group does focus you on sticking to plan and being accountable by weighing every week.

Because I don't go every week now (just go about every 6-8 weeks) I find I often go off plan and then really have to rein it back in.  This week is just like that but I think I've already gone over syns this week so I'm going to keep the syns low for the next few days and then get back on plan properly so that I can get back into target range and go back to group for WI.

My decs will stay up until 6th January unless I get fed up with them before hand but they only went up on 18th December! 🤣My mother always said No washing on New Year’s Day too so that’s a tradition I’m happy to keep up with!😁

After your success yesterday @bubbs I decided to call into Company Shop. I knew I couldn’t buy much as the freezers are full but I did get a huge Sainsbury’s chicken for £1.25 and some packs of chilli chicken pieces for 20p so had one for my lunch. I think it may have a few syns but still worth it.

I mainly went out to get some Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages from Asda as they’re on offer at £1 and I knew I was down to the last couple. I got some Primula Light too for £1, shame the tubes are now 10g smaller.

Good to hear that your DH is supportive of you going back to group @Abbafan1972. It makes all the difference.😊

Like you I seem to have had thousands of syns in the past week @joedenise. We enjoyed our SW friendly lasagne last night but decided to have a pudding as well to make it a bit special. We had a tiny Tesco Christmas pudding that a friend gave as part of a gift so had that with a drizzle of cream. Good that you found a decent chippy. Our favourite (last used in March! 😇) is in the city centre. It's only 3 miles away but the more local ones have changed ownership and deteriorated in quality.

Strangely, I feel a bit slimmer today which doesn't make a lot of sense but at least it makes me feel better. I still have a few chocolates to eat but other than that it's like a normal weekend and then I'll get back 100% on Monday.

    Today's EE plan-

B- scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk

L- chilli chicken (P), salad and pickles (S)

D- HB steak with onions and mushrooms (P,S), chips (F), broccoli, carrot chips (S)

Syns- LTL mayo 1 weekend wine😁

This is from last night. OH and I were in London for NYE and this dress I’m wearing is one of my new Lipsy dresses. I put this pic on Facebook and I had so many compliments- I felt a million dollars!

Food wise, yesterday I wasn’t quite on plan but not as naughty as I could have been. I did have quite a few a/f beers though. Again today the only real naughty thing I’ve eaten was the sausages I had with breakfast this morning. Lunch was sushi mini rolls from Boots and some Houmous and carrot sticks. I made an SW chilli for tea but I overdid it on the chilli powder 😂OH loved it but I had to add a generous dollop of f/f natural Greek yoghurt 😂

Unexpected bit of body magic as well- mum was on a coach trip to London and she called me just before we left our hotel to say she was on Oxford Street and did we want to meet for a quick coffee. We duly got the Tube to Oxford Circus but when I called her sne was at Marble Arch 😂We did a quick sprint down Oxford Street but blimey my back is complaining now. And my legs. And my feet (which were already complaining from last night 😂)

I would love to get my 2.5 stone award this week as I’m quite close. I really want my 3 stone award before my next blood test next month. On my last blood test I had lost 1.5 stone (I got my 2 stone award the week after) so I would like to make that a nice round number.
Night all, happy new year and lots of love xx
ps thanks Beanie for the new thread!
