Welcome back everyone.  I think we've all gained over the festive period and need to shift it.  I've gained far more than that as I was on holiday for a couple of weeks at the beginning of December (in fact I should still be there but we came back early when M. Macron decided he didn't want British tourists!).

Feel free to ask any questions and there is usually someone around who will be able to answer them or at least know where to go for the answer!

Good luck everyone (myself included!) with shifting the excess weight.

I think most of us will be pleased to be back into the SW routine next week. 😁

Thanks for the heads up on the podcasts @GreyRock72. I see you can access them on the app too. I had a quick look and a spelling/grammar error leapt out at me. It should say Practise Progress, not Perfection. I'm such a pedant but I agree with the sentiment. Perfect I'm NOT! 🤣

Morning all, didn't stick to plan at all yesterday!  Had a few drinks and then couldn't be bothered to cook so ended up with fish and chips from the chippy - very nice they were too.  Our usual chippy was closed so had to use another one which we've not used before and were really impressed with them.  It may well become our go to chippy - not that we have them often!  Think I've probably already had a week's syns now but haven't checked!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with HM sausage patty - P; S; F
    L - burger and onions in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - Fakeaway KFC which we didn't have last night! - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - burger roll
    Syns - burger 0.5

    Happy New Year to everyone.

Morning all and welcome to the new thread!

I am still toying with the idea of re-joining group - hubby agreed that I seem to get on better when going to group and don't slide off plan.

How much is the weekly fee now?  It was £4.95 the last time I went.

    Happy new year!
