im not having such a good week, WI tonight but I’ve been a bit of a piggy the last couple of days…meals on plan but far too many snacks, have to go back to not having them in the house so I’m not tempted I think! Have been walking every day including a big one on Sunday but not sure it’s going to be enough.
Feeling a bit disappointed in myself and I haven’t even WI yet

That's definitely a good idea @BadCat18 - if you struggle to ignore snacks then definitely best not to have them in the house. DH can have crisps in the house because I'm not bothered by them but cakes are a different matter, although I'm definitely better now than I used to be.
