    That's good advice @GreyRock72 especially for anyone lurking who's thinking of doing SW. Batch cooking is not just mse but it means having your own healthy ready meals. It's not essential though as SW friendly ready mea are available or something quick and easy like an omelette or stir fry. 

    Thanks for the heads up on the repackaged LTL mayo @Matron_Midge. We only have one Morrisons but I need to go there for their fishcakes at some point.

    As  you know i am a big bargain hunter so gets lots of bargain shopping 😂

    Yes i was pleased as i ate tonnes of crap! but was back on plan a couple of days after Christmas so that helped me definitely, hope i can get some more off this week. 
    On the menu this week is liver /sausage and veg, cottage pie and veg, chips and something, curry, kfc and back to Sat 😱

    Change of plan for dinner!  DH has requested pasta instead of potatoes; still going to do some green beans and peas though.  Of course there's tomatoes in the sauce so plenty of speed.

    No, 25g flour, pinch of salt, 2 eggs and a drop of water, i never use milk never did even before SW

    Co Op Good as Gold Salted Caramel ice cream (1/8 of a tub) 2 syns
    Followed by my favorite Hifi bar that I forgot to eat earlier.

    Finishing it off with my favourite non-alcoholic Rhubarb Gin from Asda with syn free elderflower tonic. 

    Living the dream.

    And just when I thought the evening couldn't be improved on,Call The Midwife starts in 20 minutes.
