    @bubbs your cheesy garlic mushrooms looks fab! How did you make the sauce please?
    I use a stock cube and a tiny drop of water and garlic, sort of poach the mushrooms, then stir in hexa of cheese spread one at a time x

    Evening, rejoined class and had 3lb gain since I was last there in September. Happy with that and hopefully it’ll be off again next week! Shopping all done and felt particularly angelic as my trolley was bursting with fruit and veg. 

    Have a fruit salad in the fridge if I get peckish later 😀
