@maman - I use the Hellmann's LTL mayo same as @Matron_Midge!  It's getting more and more difficult to find it in a jar!  The last time I saw it I bought 3 jars of it which I've still got and a squeezy one which I'd previously picked up because I couldn't find the jars.  I can't be absolutely certain but I think I got the jars in Asda - the reason I say that is because I very rarely go there and spotted them.  The only time I go there is if I want more wholemeal, ready cut burger buns as they are HEB so I usually buy 2 packs of 6 and then freeze them.

Chicken and chips are currently in the oven so dinner should be ready in about 20 minutes or so!  Just got to heat up some beans and nuke the corn on the cob!

Sorry should have said well done @Matron_Midge; 2lb is a great loss.  Keep up the good work.

I don't count the syns in the mash @bubbs - it was Free when I started SW and it's not as if I use loads although I've never actually weighed or measured it - just chuck it in a bowl and add some herbs!

Was free when i started too 😂someone on a fb page asked for recipe, i always tell them 4 1/2 syns she then said so if i use normal potato and mash it without butter it will be free, i said you could but i would imagine it won't be nice 😂 as you are using the powder not made up, as bloody if you would make it up 🤣🤣🤣 then try and mold it round the chicken 🙄

Evening, well done everyone who has lost and those who are sticking to the plan.
The reason I calorie counted that day was so I could have chips, @joedenise has explained I could have had SW chips.  I made a load of SW roasts and put in the freezer so will have those.
The low calorie food I ate wasn't low calorie just not a lot of it! :
