Morning all.  Well done on the losses @Its_time and @FrankieM 👏 and weight loss isn't 100% linear @Mrs_Ryan so sometimes it just doesn't fit into those weekly weigh ins.  Hope you have a better week this week.

It's been over 10 years since I was first diagnosed @maman and thankfully hasn't caused me too many problems; losing weight has definitely helped!

Last workout of the week done this morning (lower body strength so my legs are a little wobbly now!) followed by porridge with some blueberries.  Going to the dentist this morning for an overdue checkup so may pick up a subway salad for lunch or have the lentil soup that I got out the freezer last night.  Dinner is pulled pork with chips and coleslaw and salad.

Hope you all have a good day.

Morning all, well done @Abbafan1972 for going to group and getting a Countdown.  It's the first step.  It's a shame you've ended up with a smaller freezer but hopefully you can get some individual HM ready meals in there over time.  As you know the plan really calls for lots of veg to top up your plate!

Well done to all the losers especially @FrankieM on that massive 3lb loss!  @Mrs_Ryan STS is OK it wasn't a gain!  I'm always happy with STS if I've had a bad week, it's the gains I don't like!

    Today's plan:

    B - breakfast hash topped with eggs - P; S; F
    L - stuffed peppers - P; S; F
    D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, beans & corn on the cob - P; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - none planned
Syns - none planned (need to save some for the weekend when I go to my sisters!)

    Have a good day everyone.

    I've got a lot of lbs to go...sadly... @Gettingtherequickly

I'm so tired today. My sleep is really terrible at the moment, well I say at the moment but it's been ages now.

I'm hoping healthier living will help.

    Food for today:
B: fruit, yog, benefit bars x 2 (HEB)
    L: Soup, fruit
T: Sweetcorn chilli, noodles, cheese (HEA) and some kind of extra veg

    HEA milk for drinks

Afternoon all, a later than usual check in for me.  Well done to all the losers, maintainers, and us all getting back on track!   Broke my dry January already - my friend's baby grandson arrived early and healthy so congratulated the elated granny with a few glasses of wine last night.

Toast and jam for breakfast this morning, about to have lentil soup for lunch and dinner will be chilli with rice and salad.

Tomorrow morning I'll rejoin class then do the food shop straight after so better start thinking about possible dinners and get a shopping list started :)

    Have a good day all!

    That's great @FrankieM. Well done!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I'd definitely take STS after a weekend away @MrsRyan. Looking at your menus then you should do well next WI.

Just a half pound gain is brilliant after being away for Christmas @Gettingtherequickly. Do let us know how you get on with the Apple watch. At the moment, I use my phone to count steps just to give me a rough idea of amount of exercise but it's not always convenient to carry a phone as lots of women's clothes don't have pockets!  🤣

It's back  to exercise this week as well as back to SW @ruby_eskimo so a bit of wobbliness is to be expected.😁 My calves ached after dancing this week but I worked through it and hopefully next time will be better.

Definitely a good idea to have your shopping list and meal plan ready @Jellybaby. I'm sure having the right things in helps enormously. I've always done a list and meal plan, even before SW, as I found it saved me time just buying what I needed and I didn't have to think every day what to eat.

Thanks for the heads up on changing syn values @bubbs. I've not had a Chinese for ages but the advice to keep checking syn values is good for all foods. Fortunately I don't buy much ready made food but I wouldn't be surprised if recipes change on some products in the coming year to help cope with inflation and supply problems.

I'm planning to have a syn free day today just to make sure I don't use up too many across the week. The weekend will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm not expecting it to be easy but once I've finished my dinner then I should be fine. If I manage it I'll still have 105 syns in the bank.🤞🏼

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, baked beans (F), fried egg and bacon (P), HEA1 milk
L- lentil and veg soup (P,S), mackerel (P), beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), broccoli, asparagus (S), garlic mushrooms (S and HEA2)
    Syns- 0

That's great @Matron_Midge. So pleased for you! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 It's great to see so many of us getting back on plan at the start of the year. Not easy when many of us still have treats hanging around.

Change of plan for lunch here because I'd forgotten I had LO hash in the fridge to use up. It would have kept until tomorrow but moved the mackerel instead as now I've been shopping I have more salad bits to have with it.

Which LTL mayo do you use @joedenise? I like the Sainsbury's one but it only seems to come in a squeezy bottle which isn't very efficient at squeezing! 🤣 Would prefer one in a jar if possible.

I treated myself to a set of measuring spoons today. I've been planning to buy some for ages and saw some in Sainsbury's half price. No more guesswork! 😇
