Hi, I am pleased with the loss really, there was just a twinge of disappointment at not getting the next stone award but hopefully next week.
good idea to prep the lunches, I work from home permanently so I just need to get in to a good habit of prepping things the night before or even doing a batch of prepping, will put together some ideas for myself and start tomorrow x0 -
This is my burger press it makes 2 sizes about 3 or 4 inches but they shrink and about a 2 or 3 inch, they're good sizes I think, it came with loads of paper slots for keeping them separate. I've just made about 7 of the larger ones out of a I think 250g mince and separated them with the paper things and put the whole lot on one bag in the freezer, except for 2 that I ate. It works fine I've done it before.

See how it goes, good luck

Todays meals:
Breakfast weetabix and banana with semi skimmed milk HEA (synned the weetabix so 6)
Dinner two hovis nimble with cheese 30g HEA and tomato toasted, bit of brown sauce maybe 1 syn?
Tea 2 homemade burgers with 5% beef mince, onions, salt, pepper, garlic salt and all purpose seasoning, SW roasts and half a tin of baked beans.
Snacks: 2 rich tea biscuits, one satsuma, one pear and 1 sugar in my coffee.
Very importantly I completely ignored a lovely piece of chocolate cake today when offered, I didn't even feel bad or guilty I just said thank you but no I am dieting, I can't tell you how many times it got shoved back under my nose but I resisted even though it was bought especially for me.
Tonights tea was not ok really, I should have had salad instead of beans but I didn't have any.

Everyone seems to be having/making burgers tonight!
Well done @BadCat18; 3.5lb is a brilliant loss. Good luck for getting the next stone award next week 🤞.
@Its_time I wouldn't worry about having beans. It's not always possible to have veg or salad. As long as you try to have at least a third over the day it'll work. Well done on ignoring the chocolate cake!

That's a great loss @BadCat18. 👏👏👏 I'm sure you'll get your stone next week. We've not seen @ruby_eskimo this week, but she WFH and often makes up something at the start of the week that sees her through. Otherwise, what about jacket potatoes with different toppings. 🤔
Another good day @Its_time. You're doing so well this week. A shake of Worcester sauce can be as tasty as HP if you want syn free. You probably made up for the lack of Speed veg with your fruit.
Keep us posted about your dad @bubbs. It's a disgrace that a hospital can't provide for special diets. 🤔☹️
