@GingerWarrior is Chase a good bank and easy enough to navigate? I have Monzo and have round ups, but there's no interest earned and I have various pots for savings. How does a daily auto top up work with Chase? Is that like a faster payment? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to see if it's worth using Chase as my spending account as I wouldn't leave Monzo as it's my main current account. Thanks, x.
    Hey @Keedie

I’ve only been with them since after Xmas but so far so good. The app is easy to use. They’re part of JP Morgan.

The daily auto top up is done on the Amazon side and using your Chase card details to do it. Whilst you do get a bank card, it’s numberless, but you can copy the card details in the app very easily.

Lloyds is my main account but I transfer £x every pay day to Chase and use it as my debit card payment. You get 1% cash back on qualifying debit card payments (which are most day to day payments), a 1.5% savings account and then the round up of debit card payments up to the nearest pound and that goes into a 5% savings account - more info here https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2022/03/jp-morgan-s-chase-launches-new-saver-account-with-1-5----here-s-/

There’s currently a reward for people inviting others to join and both get £20 (new member needs to transfer in £20). If you’d like a referral code it may be worth checking if family or friends have an account or let me know - not done it before mind you, so bear with.

Thanks @GingerWarrior that's really helpful and I'll check out the article. I'm glad that it's working for you and getting any type of interest sounds good, so I'll definitely get an account.

I hope it's not a hard credit search, as my credit rating isn't too good at the moment, but it's slowly getting better. I get paid next week, so I'll send you a message once I've been paid so that I can get the referral code as I'll be able to actually pay some money into the account and I would have done my budget so that I know how much to transfer as my money to spend for the month.

I've not downloaded or set up anything with Chase as yet as I'm waiting for payday on 24th May, so I don't have any codes to shared or use. I think from what I gather from Ginger Warriors post is that if someone has a referral code, you sign up using that and then once you've deposited £20, you and the person whose referral code you used, both get £20. Is that correct @GingerWarrior? Maybe Chris can use your code to get the £20 as well?

It would need to be an existing Chase Customer who shares the URL which has the unique referral code

    Morning Peeps,
just done a quick tally, a lot of RL slowing my focus down a bit or so I thought.
MTD tally is 25.98 with a YTD at 177.30
I have no goal in place so any number is a success then I will decide what to do with it.
We have this Peeps keep on keeping on.

    2Scratters xx
