    Thanks everyone  :)

Yesterday I met up with a friend. Where we planned to go was closed. So, I ended up paying £15 for a sandwich and a coffee. It was not nice. I don't tolerate gluten so body rebelled too. I realise I eat poorly and drink poorly quite a lot trying to people please. Must stop this behaviour. I'm supposed to be a grown up!

@WelshmansDaughter will pm you re funding

This morning I have signed up for some help with my funding. It will be via zoom. Pleased I won't have to miss out as will not be in the location  :)

I made buckwheat and quinoa bread this morning too. It is a success. I am going to buy a bread tin today so I can make a bigger loaf. Also my host's tin sticks. Going to try lining the tin in brown paper and pulling it up to get bread out. Bread review? Good but next time more seeds, buy whole golden seeds and try buckwheat and fermented teff flour  ;)

A quiet day today as no appointments.

    Today's list
    • Buy, cook and eat some leafy greens
    • Take vits
    • Hoover house for host
    • Walk
    • Clean/organise my room
    • Research frog
    • Buy card and small gift and send to friend
    • Buy a bread tin
    Wishing everyone a positive day

Home made bread sounds lovely. I'm with you on the people pleasing. Until the last year I was unaware of how much of it I did...

I buy the ready made loaf tin liners, (£land is cheapest), & they cut out all the fiddling around with cutting paper to fit. Works well with bread as well as cakes.

Thanks @kayannie, that is so helpful. Will look out for the liners. I did not know they existed.

  • Cash is easy, keep bank statements, ATM or bank receipt, whatever is issued to prove its your money, and a copy of your solicitor sale completion letter as you go through customs; can't think what the limit it but doubt you're taking anywhere near it.

Well done for taking the frog down!

I think your weight will drop off while you're away as there's going to be walks and adventures; assuming it's slightly warmer than over here.
