I was up and showered early today. I made soup and ate with hm bread from yesterday. I am sticking to 18:6 eating today to try to get back on track.

    • Today I sorted out my international mobile issues with the help of the community on MSE  :)

    • I reconciled my bank today. (If I had done it yesterday I would be better off financially as I paid a stupid tax as @mark55man rightly calls it.) I am sucking it up and moving it on, hopefully won't make the same mistake again

    • I have my cash situation resolved. I feel better for having done so...

    • I set up necessary payments for whilst I am away so I don't need to think about them.

    • I checked power for adaptors for the country I will be in.

    • Off to pick up some vitamins for international family members (it is expensive to buy there)

    • Will buy a small stove top teapot to take with me for boiling tea.

    • This evening I have a form to fill in
    Hope everyone is ok.

Sounds like you are progressing well with your list. Love that you are buying a kettle to take with you. Is is a bright, cheerful colour?
