The family pre funeral event took place. We all came together and pulled off a great event. Behind the scenes disunity but on the night we were commended as a family for doing so well after a spate of difficult losses...I am very tired. I travelled there at 6am, back 'home' at 1am as I wanted to wake up here. Going after a veg box from Mr.L today then off to a boot sale, later maybe a coffee out. Going to take it very easy today.

Friend whose house I was planning to house sit has Covid so I won't be going there. Instead the plan is to get ready for the new job as next week will be my last 'free' week. I'm still worried about how little time I will have once I start the new job, but I will just have to start and see where creative/me time can be carved out. I need to get some trainers to walk to and from the station to get my exercise/steps in.

I was given my relative's (previous younger relative) tiffin containers. They are stainless steel and fit in a vacuum bag. Relative used it for hospital to transport nice food. I love having it and it can fit all my different foods so I don't need to buy food out. Used it yesterday

I'm looking for brightly coloured tights made of cotton that I can wear with dresses and trainers. Anyone know of any companies?

    Hope everyone is ok.

I'm glad it went well and behaviours were left to one side.

Are there any alternative shops near home or work as they usually have coloured tights.

Rather envious you've Tiffin's, I've just been looking online for some.

Allow a few weeks of settling in to your new role, acclimatise to a routine and the travel, then you'll find pockets of time, whether it's on the commute, while food is cooking or non-working days. Maybe carry a little notebook as you can monitor free time / energy levels, use the info to spot patterns and plan. It's not forever and serves a purpose.

I have heard lots of good things about Snag tights, some lovely colours and a good range of sizes.

I'm glad the family event went as well as it could.

I think discretionary spending is an important pot to have if you can - there are always occasions where we want to treat ourselves, or buy something not planned.

Thanks. The red lines are fainter now so she should be ok soon. I was in very close contact so I'm relieved I escaped.  :)

It is a lot DIA, so be kind to yourself and try to take it one step at a time, on one thing at a time.  It will all sort itself out at the end, but can loom like a mountain if we let it.  You can do this.  ((((hugs)))) XXXX
