Thank you @beanielou@MovingForwards @savingholmes@jwil@another_casualty

I agree @another_casualty I just need to keep going...
The BH weekend has been a good excuse to switch off from all house hunting. Nothing much appeared on RM.
Finances are tight after my binge on wellbeing bits and bobs. That spending was planned and I am happy with it. I bought a weekly pass for fares and happy with that too. Then I went to a boot sale with friend and managed to spend more than I would have liked. Half the stuff wasn't needed. I didn't spend much but just aware. Next time I will set a budget.
I payed for my 'rent' and also paid for off the cc. Good, but nothing much left over. Where I'm going wrong is spending on the cc in the first place. I don't have enough income to pay the bill off in full every month. This must stop!
I did the Mr L veg box. I love it as it makes me eat lots of f&v and saves on food bills
So far it has been salads, soups and roasted veggies with fruits and nuts for breakfast.
The jumble sale was good. Nice time spent with DS and good bargains! Two scarves one silk and wool the other wool and both designer, £1 each! Also a great fleece for walking, also £1
I'm being frugal but still don't have enough money so need a job. I'm working on this and have 3 possible application to do in the next 2 weeks. Tomorrow I will work on one for a few hours.
Relative is doing well.
I have 2 financial frogs to deal with tomorrow! Will report back on these to stay accountable.
Hope everyone had a good BH weekend.

The break did me good as I felt motivated to get things done. I was at the club when it opened.
The first financial frog was eaten. It took a while and after holding for 25 minutes I was cut off! I emailed and got the ball rolling. It still needs chasing but I did what I could. (Edited to say I have just opened an email and this frog has been eaten
)
The second financial frog has been eaten. Done. As a result of this frog I should have a little buffer now. It should help. A buffer is so important for peace of mind.
This month I will not be using the cc at all. I am constantly using it and paying it off. It is for emergency use from now on. I need to stop the cycle.
I worked on an application form for an hour and will do the same tomorrow.
I did an hour or two of creative work. Not a huge amount, but it is a start.
The biggest frog of the day is calling my dentist. There was a possibility I had been taken off the list as I haven't been since... I know! Pleased to say I was still on record and I now have 2 appointments. One for the hygienist and one for the dentist. Not looking forward to it but pleased with myself for facing up to it. Just as well I ate the financial frog that will pay the cost!
Nothing for me on RM today.
I picked up some halloumi slices reduced from 3.70 to 155.
Tomorrow I will call the college to arrange for some beauty treatments.
Not a bad day all in all
Hope you are all ok out there.

Sounds like you've been really productive. Well done. I know how hard it can be to push through sometimes. Glad you found your creative spark again. Good luck with the job hunting.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks @beanielou and @savingholmes
Yesterday I spent an hour and a bit on an application form. It will take a few more sessions before it is complete but it is partially uploaded. The deadline isn't for another 10 days so I am pleased with my progress.
I chased the beauty college for an appointment but they are not in until tomorrow so will call again today.
A financial tadpole eaten
No creative work done just its and pieces of life admin done sat in a cafe.
Nothing on RM for me to look at.
Today two financial frogs to eat today.
Then, off to counselling, meeting a relative, a hospital visit, another relative for breakfast then home.
Will do a bit more of the job application this evening.
Wishing you all a good day!

Well done on tackling on all the frogs!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4

Thanks @jwil I am tryingjwil said:Well done on tackling on all the frogs!
Yesterday was too full on to have any energy leftover. I met all my people commitments but no form completing in the evening. I ate one financial frog but left one, due to time.
MSE wise the CS had a designer jumper. (cotton for summer) I have noticed a few items from them before in the shop. The manager told me this designer gives them end of lines. So, great jumper for £5
The list of financial frogs is still growing. I am not making the money I have work as well as it could. I need to chase a few organisations for money they have, that I should!
Since starting my MSE journey I keep receipts and return things I don't want, so took back some face cream
I chased my cut price treatments at the college. I am booked in for Monday.
Have started having a quiet day after any hectic days. Today was a quiet one. Bits of life admin. Coffee, reading and sitting in the sunshine today. Will tackle the job application tomorrow...
There are no homes to view tomorrow. There was one, but they sent a report and the house needs too much work for me to take on. The search continues.
Hope everyone had a good day.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
